Payment
Payments can be made via 3 methods:
1- Cash on Delivery: this obviously means you'd have to meet up with one of us to collect your item and pay! We would appreciate if you prepared exact change, or let us know in advance if you don't.
2- Bank Transfer: for people who request their plushies to be mailed, you have to pay before your plushie will be mailed out! Same rules for collection. Please transfer to UOB savings account 366-376-412-6 OR POSB Savings 024-71102-1 and send us an email with the time transferred/ ibank name/ atm location and transaction reference number.
3 - Paypal/Credit Card: Only for international Customers (unless you want to pay more)
Charges are 4%+ $0.50 per transaction. Invoice will be emailed to you for payment.

Meet-ups will be at our void deck only.

Mail
Please note that the price of the toy does not include mailing cost unless otherwise stated. Postage cost is higher then postage stamp due to Stationery cost & Labor cost.
Cost to mail: $1 for small Items
$1 to $3 for medium items
$3-8 for large items (go for home delivery! it's faster!)
+$2.50 more for Registered Postage!
(We would recommend you upgrade to registered for your peace of mind :) )

Home Delivery
Home deliveries will be to our convenience mainly :) Please ask for a quotation for the cost of home delivery, as we will compare it to our schedules. Please also note that we have the right to reject doing a home delivery if you live too much out of the way. But if you're really in need of a home delivery, a price can be negotiated :)
$5 locations: Tampines. Other areas, depending on our schedules may be considered for this price!
$10 locations: Where we'd have to go out of our way to get to where you live~
